Choosing the right sunscreen
You must know few things before buying sunscreen, choose a sunscreen with “broad-spectrum” protection. All sunscreen protect against UVB rays but only products that passes a test can be labeled “broad spectrum”. Otherwise the product are not broad spectrum must carry a warning that they only protect against sunburn not skin cancer.
Choose a good sunscreen of at least Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 15 or higher to block both UVA and UVB rays and allow sunscreen to dry before going into the sun, and reapply it every two hours.
